C4 staff are participating in the 2019 National Conference on Ending Homelessness from July 22-24 in Washington, DC.
Regina Cannon, Chief Equity and Impact Officer, is presenting during a preconference session about “Race and Homelessness: What You Should Know about the Past and Present to Address Racial Inequities in Your System” on July 22 from 9 am-12 pm. Cannon’s portion of the session focuses on amplifying the voices of lived experience by using qualitative data.
Molly Richard is presenting during a session on “Family Friendly Shelter Policies and Facilities” on July 23 from 4:00-5:15 pm. The discussion will focus on how homeless service systems and shelters can minimize the trauma of homelessness for families and children.
Rachel Ehly is hosting an information table with resources to support people working to end homelessness.
