Associate Director, Recovery Initiatives

C4 is seeking to hire an Associate Director for Recovery Initiatives to lead and support projects and initiatives that advance equitable access to peer-based and recovery-oriented supports and approaches for substance use and mental health. These projects incorporate a range of activities that move organizations and systems towards transformative outcomes. Activities include online and on-site training, technical assistance, consultation, facilitation, community engagement, and support to implement and advance best practices in recovery support services, with a primary emphasis on peer-delivered supports. C4 is seeking a Project Coordinator to work as a team member across multiple training and technical assistance projects that are focused on advancing equitable access to substance use and mental health recovery supports. Youth Wellness Coach

C4 is seeking to hire a team of Youth Wellness Coaches to support and lead SBIRT (screening, brief intervention, and referral to treatment) services in high schools across Massachusetts as part of a five-year research study being implemented in partnership with Harvard/Massachusetts General Hospital. Evaluation Advisor, Part-Time On-Call

C4 is seeking an Evaluation Advisor to support projects and initiatives that monitor, evaluate, and assess impact on individuals, communities, and systems. These projects evaluate a range of initiatives across C4’s programmatic centers, including recovery and behavioral health, housing and homelessness, youth well-being, and health equity. Activities across centers include training, technical assistance, systems transformation, facilitation, resource development. Projects also include the identification, development, implementation, and evaluation of emerging or best practices, environmental scans of relevant models or policies, community-based participatory research activities-including youth-led initiatives-and other projects that may include mixed-methods (qualitative and quantitative) evaluation approaches.
