Curriculum and Toolkit Development
Is your organization looking for an innovative training curriculum or toolkit that is practical and accessible? C4 can help you develop and document key practices as you support people to move towards recovery, housing stability, and overall well-being.
We work closely with partners to develop learning paths designed to change attitudes, increase knowledge, and improve skills. Our approach to curriculum development is grounded in adult learning principles and features experiential, interactive, and ongoing activities that support learning, skills acquisition, and implementation.
We create in-person and online learning experiences and curricula across many learning modalities. Our in-house Studio team brings the latest in instructional design and adult learning theory, along with graphic design, interactive development, audio, video, multimedia, and production capabilities.
We also work with partners to develop curated toolkits of key knowledge and resources on specific topics and practices. Our toolkits are action- and practitioner-oriented and are designed to support learning and implementation success. C4 can both adapt available tools and develop custom tools.
Overall, C4’s learning resources are skills-based, accessible to people with a wide range of education and life experiences. We prioritize deep integration of people with lived experience, and we incorporate racially equitable, person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented approaches. Working locally and nationally over 15 years, we have trained well over 300,000 individuals representing peer support specialists, recovery coaches, community health workers, case managers, outreach workers, and other paraprofessional, clinical, and leadership roles in recovery support, community-based, housing, behavioral health care, and community and other primary health care settings.
