Presenter Bios: February 18

Lacy Dicharry, MS, MBA, CDTLF, Executive Leadership Coach, Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, Speaker, Author, is a speaker, author, coach, consultant, and internationally known expert in stakeholder engagement, change management, and leadership development. Over the past 19 years, her work has impacted more than 250,000 individuals in more than 45 countries across 6 continents. Lacy is a Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. Currently, Lacy is pursuing her PhD in Leadership and Human Resource Development and serves as the Assistant Director and Executive Leadership Coach at the Leadership Development Institute at Louisiana State University.

Danielle Tarino, President and Chief Executive Officer, Young People in Recovery, is Young People in Recovery's President and CEO. She is also Founder and Vice President of a revolutionary cybersecurity company. Prior to this, Danielle held multiple positions in the federal government and in the nonprofit sector. At the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration,  she was the agency’s Health Information Technology Team Lead. Danielle is considered to be a national expert in substance use disorder patient Privacy and Confidentiality, health IT, and youth recovery issues.

Larry Robertson, MA, AB, Senior Advisor, C4 Innovations, has more than 40 years of experience in state and local behavioral health service delivery, project management, technical assistance, and systems transformation—including more than 25 years managing large, national Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration projects. Larry provides consulting, coaching, and training on system and organizational assessments, process improvement, strategic planning, talent management, and nonprofit governance. He is on faculty at The Catholic University of America.
