We are committed to ending homelessness and ensuring access to safe, stable, affordable housing and services for all. Working with individuals, families, and youth experiencing homelessness is at the heart of our work—and has been for more than 13 years.
C4 Innovations staff have led federal, state, regional, and local projects to identify and promote evidence-based and promising practices and provide training, technical assistance, and consultation to improve homeless services throughout the U.S. and internationally. We are also a national Training and Technical Assistance provider for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Our team includes service providers, trainers, researchers, and people who have experienced homelessness, mental illness, substance use, and trauma. Our work is grounded in our experience providing outreach, shelter, housing, mental health and addiction services, health care, and Continuum of Care planning and implementation. People with lived experience are included in all aspects of our work to ensure real-world expertise is embedded in all we do.
