Housing First
Implementing a successful Housing First program involves equipping your team with the knowledge and skills to provide services that complement this person-centered approach to housing.
A Housing First approach involves a focus on placing people experiencing homelessness into safe, stable housing within the community as quickly as possible. Once housed, a person can then choose services that will support them in remaining housed and maximizing their quality of life.
At C4, we put people first. Person-centered practices ensure timely access to and coordination of medical, housing, behavioral health, and recovery support services and options—ensuring choice and improving outcomes for all.
