Amy SooHoo White (she/her), MA, has over 15 years of experience in homeless services and behavioral health fields. As a member of C4’s Housing Solutions team, she works primarily with Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) grantees to support their use of best practices to improve data collection and delivery of outreach and case management services. She has previous experience supporting the PATH program’s transition to using local Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) for data collection as well as leading the technical assistance team for the PATH Data Exchange (PDX). Prior to joining C4, she worked as a PATH outreach worker in Boston, Massachusetts, providing case management and counseling services for individuals experiencing homelessness and serious mental illness.
