Daisy M. Hernandez, MSW, LCSW, MBA
Daisy began her career as a peer recovery coach supporting people in their quest towards recovery. She has held roles as recovery coach supervisor and program manager. Daisy has also served as a clinician for medication-assisted treatment in an opioid use disorder treatment program.
She provides training and technical assistance for mental health and substance use providers for the Praxis: Training for MA Addiction Professionals initiative on topics including HIV/AIDS care integration, harm reduction, medication-assisted treatment, opioid overdose prevention, and Viral Hepatitis care integration. She has been a recovery coach academy trainer for bilingual cohorts. Daisy has a Master of Social Work from Westfield State University.
