Kim Noerager (she/her), MPA, PMP, is Director of Project Operations at C4 Innovations. Kim is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in government and mission-driven initiatives. She facilitates project delivery by working closely with Center Directors to ensure all initiatives meet financial and contractual requirements while achieving exceptional results. Kim has been project manager for multiple online learning curricula and training products across initiatives at C4. She manages the multimedia and graphic design capacity, enhancing impact of certain products across all topic areas.

Kim is in long term recovery and is actively involved in helping others recover from drug and alcohol addiction. She uses her experience with recovery to inform development of training curricula and products and to bring a recovery-oriented perspective to project management. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Tufts University, a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
