Livia M. Davis, MSW
Chief Learning Officer
Livia Davis, MSW, brings more than 25 years of leadership and management experience, along with 14 years of direct service work across homeless services, supportive housing, recovery communities, healthcare and behavioral health, and residential treatment programs for individuals with co-occurring disorders. At C4, she is responsible for developing and managing learning strategies and organizational capabilities that align with the organization’s strategic direction. Livia has led multiple strategic planning and stakeholder facilitation initiatives, including the Together in Recovery initiative, the Berkshire Opioid Addiction Prevention Collaborative (BOAPC), and co-leading the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP)’s Recovery Rising initiative. She has also directed several federally funded national technical assistance contracts focused on advancing recovery-oriented responses to opioid and other substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring diagnoses. Livia’s commitment to recovery is deeply rooted in her own lived experience and shaped by her connection to a long-standing recovery community in Denmark that was founded by her great-grandfather in 1912. She is also a co-founder of the Duffy Health Center, part of the Health Care for the Homeless network in Massachusetts.
