Enhancing Native Behavioral Health

“Reclaiming Native Psychological Brilliance” is a webinar series on tribal behavioral health produced by Holly Echo-Hawk, C4’s Tribal Behavioral Health Specialist, and other C4 staff in partnership with United South and Eastern Tribes, Inc. (USET) and 7 Generations: American Indian and Alaska Native Behavioral Health Center of Excellence

In 2025, over 1,500 attendees participated in the series from 117 hospitals, health clinics, and treatment centers; 99 Native organizations; 84 schools and universities; 52 federal and state partner organizations; and all 12 of the Tribal Epidemiology Centers. Comments from participants show how valuable the series has been for a variety of reasons:

“Thank you for your work and example and holding this space for us, it means a lot to me. 💚”

“With such integrity and congruence, these sessions enrich learning.”

“This community brings me so much healing, every time. Thank you all for being.”

“Thank you all, as usual, I am crying tears of beauty being in this community. ❤️”

“I love this series and feel so humbled to be in your presence every month. I carry the pain and shame of the sins of my ancestors toward American Indian people. This series allows me to participate in celebration and correcting of narratives.”

“As a non-Native clinical provider, I am honored to be at this table with you, learning and growing.”

“I appreciate the mix of material focused science and the Indigenous way of healing.”

“May you continue to be brilliant and share all that you do in such an open way. You are making the world a better place.”
