Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Supervisor Training

Join a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) Supervisor training May 18-May 22 from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm at CODAC Behavioral Healthcare.

To participate, please fill out this application by April 20. After you submit the application, someone from the RI Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities, and Hospitals or C4 Innovations will be in touch outlining next steps. Applications will be reviewed upon submission, and approval will be sent out on a rolling basis, but no later than April 30. In the spirit of full transparency, we can only accept 15 people for this training and are giving priority to those who are currently supervising peers at programs that receive Medicaid reimbursements for CPRS services.

Participants who attend and participate in all training sessions will receive proof they have completed the 30 hours of training required to obtain the new Rhode Island Peer Recovery Specialist Supervisor credentials through the Rhode Island Certification Board.

We ask that if you find out you can no longer attend for whatever reason, please let us know as soon as possible so we may offer the slot to someone else.
