Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Supervisor Training

You are invited to participate in a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) Supervisor Training. Participants who attend and participate in all training sessions will receive proof they’ve completed the 30 hours of training required to obtain the new Rhode Island Peer Recovery Specialist Supervisor credentials through the Rhode Island Certification Board.
To participate, please fill out this application by September 4. Applications will be reviewed upon submission and approval will be sent out on a rolling basis. After you submit your application, someone from the Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities, and Hospitals (BHDD) or C4 Innovations will be in touch outlining next steps.
In the spirit of full transparency, we can only accept 15 people and are giving priority to those who are currently supervising peers at programs that receive Medicaid reimbursements for CPRS services. We ask that if you find out you can no longer attend for whatever reason, please let us know as soon as possible so we may offer the slot to someone else.
