Join this Certified Peer Recovery Specialist training on April 9-10 and 13-17 at Amos House in Providence. To participate, please fill out this application by March 1, 2026. You must be able to commit to attending all 7 of the training days.
After you submit this application, someone from BHDDH or C4 Innovations will be in touch to outline next steps and confirm your participation no later than March 13, 2026. We ask that if you find out you can no longer attend for whatever reason, please let us know as soon as possible so we may offer the slot to someone else.
