Adrienne Kasmally, BA

Senior Project Manager

Adrienne Kasmally (she/her), BA, is a content specialist, trainer, mixed methods researcher, and evaluator with the Center of Youth Well-Being at C4 Innovations. Her content expertise includes youth and young adult substance use prevention and early intervention, youth engagement, recovery services, and program development and evaluation. She has experience researching and evaluating substance use prevention and recovery programs, childhood behavioral and mental health programs, family planning services, sexual assault and family violence policies, collegiate recovery programs, and housing and homelessness services. She also has experience providing direct services to adolescents and young adults with experiences of substance use, mental health, sexual assault, and family violence.

In her current role at C4, Adrienne supports the implementation, delivery, and adaptation of Project Amp, a youth substance use prevention and wellness resource being delivered in schools and communities. She also provides training and leads community implementation and coordination for a team of youth peers delivering non-clinical behavioral health services, including Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) in more than 20 schools in Massachusetts.

Adrienne is an advocate at heart and is passionate about supporting and empowering marginalized communities. She has expertise in youth engagement and partnership through youth advisory boards, youth-led research and collaboration, and positive youth development programs. She is committed to creating equitable access to health information and is passionate about interpreting, communicating, and disseminating information to different communities in innovative ways.

In all of her work, Adrienne prioritizes the voices of those with lived experience. She wholeheartedly believes that challenging existing hierarchies is fundamental to progress.
