Caroline Galvan Cardenas, MPP
Project Coordinator
Caroline Galvan Cardenas (she/her), MPP, serves as Project Coordinator at C4 Innovations and brings knowledge and skills in research, psychology, legal studies, and public policy. For the Housing Solutions center at C4, Caroline ensures that the team receives excellent administrative support, scheduling meetings and trainings as well as managing virtual meetings. She also assists in coordinating the team’s travel to conferences and events, including overseeing travel arrangements and preparing materials and supplies for those events. She also provides coordination support for SAMHSA’s Program to Advance Recovery Knowledge, a national training and technical assistance center, by aiding the program’s offerings to states, territories, and communities. Prior to joining C4, she worked in a variety of research positions at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, gaining experience in legal research, political science, and public policy research.
