Chelo Lundquist Krag
Project Coordinator
Chelo Lundquist Krag (she/her) is a Project Coordinator for the Center for Youth Well-Being at C4 Innovations. She identifies as a Latina woman who has lived experience in behavioral health and trauma. Over the past year, she has been coordinating several projects including Project Amp, an extended brief mentorship intervention for high school students utilizing near-age peers. She has also supported projects related to youth suicidality, peer recovery services, and homeless services. Chelo has helped hire, onboard, and train staff for the Youth Wellness Coach model, which places near-age peers that provide non-clinical mental health services in high schools and middle schools across Massachusetts. She is a direct supervisor for 4 youth wellness coaches.
Previously, she worked at Longfellow Health Club as an aquatics director and gained 8 years of experience mentoring and managing youth with various ability levels and from diverse backgrounds. Her passion for advocating for youth and uplifting youth voices led her to provide trauma-informed practices as a manager. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a focus on health, sociology, and Spanish.
