Christy Hahn, MPA
Associate Director of Housing Solutions
Christy Hahn (she/her), MPA, has worked in the homeless services field for 15 years. Christy has a leadership role in the housing and homelessness technical assistance work at C4 Innovations that is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Office of Community Planning and Development.
Christy’s experience includes developing and implementing a housing first approach to services in permanent housing programs. She has provided support to multiple Continuums of Care, state governments, and non-profits on strategic planning, landlord engagement, Continuum of Care fundamentals and governance, expanding racial equity practices, coordinated entry, and improving system performance. Christy has extensive experience working in rural communities on program planning and implementation and Emergency Solutions Grants-CARES Act technical assistance.
Prior to joining C4, Christy led a Balance of State CoC and state ESG Entitlement. She has a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Georgia.
