Youth Wellness Coach

Courtnie Brown (she/they) is a Youth Wellness Coach at C4 Innovations. A proud first-generation college graduate, Courtnie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Crime and Justice Studies with a minor in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. With experience as a youth mentor, they are deeply passionate about uplifting youth voices and strongly encouraging youth to express themselves. Courtnie is committed to creating safe, affirming spaces where young people feel seen, heard, and empowered to embrace their authentic selves without judgment. Courtnie brings valuable lived experience in areas including depression, anxiety, ADHD, post-traumatic stress disorder, LGBTQ+ and disability advocacy, and parental incarceration. These perspectives inform her holistic, empathetic approach to supporting youth wellness, resilience, and self-expression. Outside of work, Courtnie enjoys watching anime, playing video games, attending conventions with friends, creative writing, and making art.
