Dwayne Watkins, MPH

Manager II, Center for Strategic Transformation

Dwayne Watkins (he/him), MPH, serves as Manager of C4’s Center for Strategic Transformation and brings over a decade of experience in data-driven strategy, public health, and equitable systems transformation. He provides management for multiple national projects focused on organizational change, evaluation, and technical assistance for local and state governments including tasks for the SAMHSA Program to Advance Recovery Knowledge project. Dwayne is a skilled facilitator with expertise in survey design, strategic planning, and community-based evaluation. He has used this expertise at C4 to support the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Program’s Recovery Rising initiative. He is also a host of Changing the Conversation, C4’s podcast that amplifies equity and social justice in health systems.
