Jonathan Cox
Director, Center for Housing Solutions
Jonathan Cox (he/him) is the Director of Housing Solutions at C4 Innovations with 33 years of experience working in homelessness, substance use, and supported housing arenas in the United States and United Kingdom. Jonathan has provided technical assistance and training with numerous U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Continuums of Care (CoCs) with an emphasis on Balance of State and rural-based CoCs to design and implement housing service systems that include housing first, coordinated entry, diversion, and rapid re-housing.
Prior to joining C4, Jonathan was the planning manager for Georgia’s Balance of State CoC, managing the homeless response system across 151 counties. He developed an expansion of the rapid re-housing program across rural Georgia and piloted a harm reduction case management program for permanent supportive housing throughout the state.
Jonathan has worked in a variety of direct service environments, including emergency shelters, transitional housing, recovery housing projects, and permanent supportive housing.
