Rachel Ehly, MPA

Director of New Business

Rachel Ehly (she/her), MPA, has been with C4 for over 13 years working her way from Project Coordinator to Director. She has expertise in project management, training and technical assistance management, proposal writing, and strategic business and partner development. She currently serves as the Project Director leading a team developing curricula for behavioral health providers and peers in Rhode Island. Previously, Rachel served as Project Director for the Massachusetts Bureau of Substance Abuse Services training contract, Praxis; and Director of C4’s fee-for-service training institute.

Prior to joining C4, Rachel worked and volunteered in a number of nonprofits including food banks providing marketing and development support and event planning. Rachel is a loved one of someone with serious mental illness and brings compassion and a deep commitment to recovery to her work. She received a Bachelor’s degree in communications and entrepreneurship and a Master’s degree in public administration from Clark University in Worcester, MA. She currently lives in Atlanta, GA.
